What are the rules for returning an item?

EXCHANGE AND REFUND
 Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.  We offer a full money-back guarantee and a 14-day exchange policy for all EU customers as part of their withdrawal rights. Send us your return in original unworn condition and packaging.  To speed up the exchange process, select "Withdrawal" in our contact form and fill in all fields.  You will then receive a confirmation email with details on how to send your refund back.  We offer insured and traceable shipments such as DHL or GLS to ship returns.  We will make the return process as easy as possible for you  We will make up or refund all shipping costs to you but not return costs.
 14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE FOR NON-EU CUSTOMERS
 We also offer our 14 days return policy for non-EU customers (e.g. Switzerland, Norway, USA, Australia and others).  But please note that due to high customs and export duties, we need to charge € 40 for the return of duty paid items and for items we ship abroad.  Please see our Terms of Service for more information.
